Project Management Metrics, Focus on Earned Value
This topic is a brief discussion of project metrics, but the focus is to arm the PMP test taker with all they will need to get all of the Earned Value questions correct on their exam.
Bio
Jay O’Hare, PMP, has a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State. He’s licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in CA, KS and PA. Jay spent his first 6 years after high-school serving in the Navy Submarine Community. After College, he worked at Westinghouse Electric Co, in Pittsburgh, PA, designing commercial nuclear reactor cores and eventually moved into Project Management. He is currently balancing his time with ADAIR Engineering in Pismo Beach and the Navy as a Navy Reserve Engineering Duty Officer.
